The Best Class Award for the academic year 2025–26 will be awarded by the Staff Council and Management of Darul Hidaya Da'wa College. The evaluation and verification procedures will be carried out strictly under the supervision of the Awarding Council.

All class unions and students are requested to read the criteria and application form thoroughly. Any doubts or enquiries should be clarified only after consulting the concerned authority before submission. Ensure that all required fields and documents are completely and correctly uploaded.

To ensure fair evaluation, classes are grouped into the following sections:

• Section 1: Secondary First Year
• Section 2: Secondary Second Year and Third Year
• Section 3: Secondary Fourth Year and Final Year
• Section 4: Senior Secondary First Year and Final Year
• Section 5: Degree First Year, Second Year, and Final Year

• The total marks for evaluation are 1500.
• Marks allotted to each dimension represent the maximum marks for that segment.
• Total attainable marks may vary depending on the section of the class.
• The Best Class Award will be finalized on the basis of percentage, not total score.

• A general inspection will be conducted by the Awarding Council.
• The inspection may include official checks as well as random verifications of class requirements.
• Any discrepancy or false submission may lead to mark deduction or disqualification.
